GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For purchase of tourist services and packages with Voyageu – the commercial name for tourist services of CSLdV Travel.

I. Responsibilities and obligations:

1. CSLdV Travel shall provide precise information and consultation about the service/product offered.

2. CSLdV Travel shall not change the price of the tourist services and packages paid by the client unless there are exceptional cases which are economically well grounded.

3. If the client demands specific additional services not included in the respective tourist package he/she has to declare them upon the purchase. CSLdV Travel will undertake all necessary actions to meet the requirements but cannot guarantee their unconditional fulfillment.

4. In case of special circumstances that necessitate an alteration or cancellation of the tourist package, CSLdV Travel shall offer a suitable and acceptable alternative. The client shall be informed in due time and can choose one of the following alternatives: to accept the necessary alterations, to purchase another package, to cancel the respective service. The client is obliged to inform CSLdV Travel about his/her choice within 3 days as from the receipt of the notification concerning the alteration or cancellation but not later than 7 days before the starting date of the respective service/tourist package. CSLdV Travel shall reimburse in full the amount paid within 7 days after the date of cancellation by the client.

5. CSLdV Travel shall not be liable for services purchased by the client individually on spot and not by a representative of CSLdV Travel.

6. In case the client causes a physical injury or damages during the trip/accommodation all expenses shall be on his/her account. CSLdV Travel shall not bear responsibility for damages in all cases due to: client’s actions /including but not limited to non-obedience of the rules for personal safety, violation of the instructions of the organiser and the instructions of the person in charge of the event/excursion; in case of diseases which have not been advised by the client beforehand, use of alcoholic beverages and/or other narcotic substances, bad physical state, etc./; actions of third parties non-related to the execution of the contract that cannot be foreseen or avoided; Force Majeure that cannot be foreseen or avoided by CSLdV Travel or its subcontractors when performing conscientiously their obligations.

7. Additional terms and conditions for tourist package/service at high risk Prior to the conclusion of this Contract CSLdV Travel undertakes to present in writing or in any other proper way information concerning the risks and dangers for the client during the respective tourist package/service, as well as, information for possible medical requirements.

II. Deposit & Final Payment:

1. CSLdV Travel requires a minimum deposit of 50% per person when booking group travel. Other service shall be deemed purchased upon signing a contract. In case of changes related to the ordered tourist service made by the client in due time, a new contract shall be signed.

2. Final payment is required no later than 3 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. All deposits and payments are refundable according to the cancellation terms and conditions.

III. Cancellation and claim terms and conditions:

1. Upon cancellation of the purchased tourist package/service by the client, unless other terms and conditions are specified, the following penalties shall be deducted from the amount paid depending on the specific character of the picked out service:

2. CSLdV Travel shall not be responsible and shall not reimburse amounts in case of cancellation due to Force Majeure, such as military actions, acts of terrorism, strikes, calamities and other circumstances which are out of the control of CSLdV Travel.

3. All claims related to the quality of the paid tourist package/service must be laid by the client on spot before the provider of the services and a representative of CSLdV Travel or before the attending company for elimination of the defects.

4. The claim must be made in writing or other proper form that can allow its reproductions (fax or e-mail). In case the demands are not satisfied the client must require a protocol to be drawn up by an authorised person. Within 3 days after his/her return the client must present a claim in writing and enclose a protocol. CSLdV Travel shall present a stand point in writing within 30 days after the submission of the claim.

5. A reimbursement of amounts for services that are not fully or partially used through CSLdV Travel fault or its subcontractors shall be made only upon presentation of documents of acknowledgement issued by CSLdV Travel with the respective amendments and cancellations, entered and certified by the representatives of CSLdV Travel. Amounts demanded for services that are not used in full or partially through the client’s fault shall not be reimbursed.

IV. Travel Documents:

1. Travel documents include airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, travel insurance or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider.  

2. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees.

3. All travel documents are non transferable. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder, some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies and the booking may be cancelled.

4. Any errors in names on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to travel.

5. It is necessary a declaration in writing if persons under age are travelling or accommodated by both parents/guardians certifying their consent.

6. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

8. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. If you need information regarding visa and other travel document requirements for your trip please let us know. We can obtain such information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf.

 

CSLdV Travel declares that the company has licence and Responsibility of the Tour Operator and Tourism Agency insurance as per the Tourism Act. Upon request CSLdV Travel shall present a copy of the insurance certificate to the client.
