Please, read carefully below the conditions and if you are interested by this offer, please send us by email detailed description of your apartment (with photos) as well as of the desired holidays and the formula of choice.

How does it work?

The principle is: Holidays against the rental of your apartment during your absence.

If you choose cheaper holidays than the net rental income of your apartment you can even gain money in your back from holidays. In opposite case you deduct the difference.

Two Formulas:

1. Formula "Flexible": you are flexible to depart on holiday once the rental of your apartment is confirmed. You arrange (or you charge us with the task) the keys delivery to the tenant. We look for a tenant of your apartment for free (charges deducted, profitless). You engage to take one of our destinations or to ask us to organize your holiday towards a wished destination, with a defined budget and according to corresponding criteria.

2. Formula "Russian Roulette": you have fixed date for your holiday’s departure and you do not wish to modify it. You engage to take one of our destinations or to ask us to organize your holiday towards a wished destination, with a defined budget and according to corresponding criteria. You charge us to look for a tenant of your apartment. If we manage to rent your apartment up to your return from holidays you will get money in your return – the value net of the apartment rental.  We look for a tenant of your apartment for free (charges deducted, profitless).

Guarantees:

1. Guarantee "Rental" – We ask to the tenant for 200€ guarantee of correct occupation. It is restored with the tenant departure. We advise you not to leave an access to valuables objects.

2. Guarantee "Serious Intentions" - We ask for 30€ guarantee of the serious intentions, correct information and formulas respect to every participant in the programs. It is restored after the installation of the tenant in the apartment and the confirmation of the state of the apartment or after your return from holidays. 

You will receive to rental payment after the departure of the tenant.
