The architectural ethnographic complex "Etara" is a reconstructed Renaissance village and one of the most riches and well kept active technical collection around the European museums on the open air. The water wheel is a unique collection of the old-times water-driven machinery and is the emblem of the museum. The most important specialty to the collection is that all objects are in action as it was it the past. The craftsman trade street offers 16 models to the Balkan architecture, showing the original talent to Revival builders. It is located on the borders of Gabrovo city and in the natural park Bulgarka, nearby Monastery Sokolsky and in the central part of Balkan Mountain.

Build and furnished in unison with the entire pattern of the museum, the hotel offers possibilities for active recreation, business trips, efficient meetings, conferences and festival activities around the unique charm of the national bit in combination with modern achievements from our time. 1 Day. Meet and assist from Sofia International Airport and transfer to Etura. Accommodation in the hotel, free time and overnight.

2–6 Day. Guided visits/excursions of

• the ethnographic complex "Etara",
• walking in the natural park Bulgarka and Monastery Sokolsky,
• the town of Gabrovo and the famous Museum of Humor and Satire,
• the town Veliko Tarnovo - the capital of the second Bulgarian Kingdom (50 km),
• Free time

• visit of the Monastery Drjanovo and the cave Bacho Kiro, (25km) - 28€
• visit of the town of Trjavna, famous for its splendid museum complex, the icon painting and woodcarving schools. (28) km - 28€
