The  Holiday Village Les Restanques overlooks the Mediterranean and St Tropez, near the sandy beaches of Cote d Azur, a family resort ideal for beach breaks in the South of France.

You will be invited to attend an Information Forum on the Sunday morning at which the Pierre & Vacances activity team will present the Village's activity programmes. Come and meet Chichi the Panda and visit the WWF stand.

Activities programme: During the French school holidays: 4 to 6 day activities and 6 evening activities a week. At other times, 2 daytime activities and 3 evening activities each week.

Daytime activities:

- 2* free half-day excursions per week (local markets, walks, etc.)

- Fitness sessions: muscular strenthening and aqua gym (July and August), 5 days a week

- Les Mills is the concept leader of the fitness groups with 39 years' experience, a large number of clubs in 70 countries and more than 5 million followers worldwide.

The Village Club offers pre-choreographed group fitness sessions with 4 different programmes suitable for all levels of fitness: Body Vive, Body Combat, Body Balance and Body Jam.

- Body Vive is a class to music led by a specially-trained instructor which uses props to give your heart, muscles and flexibility a gentle workout.

- Body Balance is a new course based on a mix of Tai Chi, yoga, Pilates, stretching and relaxation. It combines the best of gentle gymnastics worldwide to help fight stress and backache and gives you back a more supple, resistant and relaxed body.

- Body Jam is the first "dance" course suitable for all, including beginners. All the music and rhythms of the world, salsa, hip-hop, funk, disco, techno meet in this class, which makes the heart work gently, encourages weight loss and relieves stress.

- Body Combat is the perfect combination of fitness and martial arts. Inspired by karate, boxing and Tai Chi, the class is choreographed by a team of experts and each song is a true expressive and musical show with optimal fitness as purpose.

- Team sports: table tennis, tennis, pétanque, beach volleyball, basketball and football tournaments.

, Le SpOt is reserved exclusively for teens aged 13-18, where they can meet in the daytime and evenings from 7 pm to midnight. They have access to a recreation area with a big screen, drinks vending machine and all they need for a party, including a mixing table, lighting and dance floor. This means that they can party after the show with a range of themed nights such as white night, chill out, disco or Disney. All taken care of by a dedicated supervisor, so parents can relax with peace of mind!
